Join our Service Department Team at Lincoln of Troy! MUST have previous experience!

We are seeking a professional, experienced candidate in the areas of luxury vehicle service and maintenance to engage with our clients and deliver memorable, distinguished experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments

· Follow up with voicemails and direct the messages to the correct department

· Respond to incoming emails and text messages

· Schedule vehicle pick up and deliveries for service appointments

· Schedule loaner vehicles

· Work with our energetic team in a demanding/fast-paced environment

Job requirements:

· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Ability to gather information and stay calm in a stressful environment

· Proficient computer skills preferred

· Valid driver’s license

· Pre-employment background check/drug test
